Yoga is the connection of form back to spirit.

We start with the physical in the yoga, but the pathway eventually leads us to the spiritual. There are many ways the yogis have taught us to connect closer to our spirit. Through mantra and meditation, through ecstatic chanting and singing, through sound and vibration, or devotion we move ourselves closer to experiencing the substratum of being that connects us to all life.
